Hm, if you don't have it there isn't a lot I can do. As I don't know what all your system specifications are, and how to do the guesswork for it's refresh rate/ resolution sizing.

You say here that it shows up as a black screen then freezes.

Mate , can u help me again to fix this problem I rebooted and done re-installing the payday 2 but then I can't play when I launch it , it does not open the payday 2 game , not even payday 2 screen's putted but nothing happen's , My friends told me that I was in game on payday after 2-3 sec I went online is this what payday 2 does.. ?

I already tried " Fixes to common, unexpected crashes " ,"Miscellaneous" other's i'm good ,but I can't find the render nor the crash.txt , I'm running on my 2nd pc Window's xp , on my window's 7 still it has black screen , just help me fixing my problem on my window's xp pc

And you've tried looking in the correct place, yes? Because I am 99% certain if it were crashing in that manner, you'd get a crash.txt and have a renderer_settings.xml file for having a blackscreen on windows 7 (and there are methods to solving this in that guide).

Go to my computer (windows 7 or XP). Type in "%localappdata%" without quotes. Click on payday 2. If that folder does not exist on EITHER machine. Something is wrong. You'd likely need to update your drivers, re-install the VC redistributatables, delete assets and verify (twice). THEN try to run the game (using the guide I mentioned to help you do these things).

And if you don't have a renderer_settings.xml or crash.txt, but have the folder. I'd still suggest doing that still.

And, it is possible, that your computers are not capable of running PD2 at all. So please use a find out the specifications for your computers and post them here. So I'd suggest doing that first before giving yourself a bigger headache with the rest of the stuff.

Then how come those people I watched on youtube they dont even have a crash nor render.. ? I'm using my window's xp I dont see any crash nor render file also my driver is good , It's on deepfreeze ,Also I follow the guided neither of them helped for sure , so I just want to insure that If i am the only one who experience sudden close of the game when I launch it ,

I can't switch to open_beta for I only have this "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs"

The Problem I encountered is when I launch payday 2 on window's xp in won't start but , when I use my alt account it says "Angel&Demon- Payday 2" Which means I am in game but after 2-3 sec it goes online , I havent even went on blackscreen nor receiving the render and crash file.I follow all the guide given by Manager of the Melons but still nothing happens I reformat all my files , verify the cache and nothing works

You are looking in the wrong place.

Look using the file path I gave you.
