Though, there are a few things I´d like to point out.
At first, you have lestt RAM than the required minimum (required: 4GB, you have 3563MB). This´ll lead to some issues, especailly on large maps. Having a 32bit System doesn´t really help either. If you have the chance, upgrade to a 64bit System and aquire more RAM.
For the moment, you can try to lower the ingame Grafics and Resolution, as well as turning off all other programs while playing, to prevent out-of-memory-crashes.
Also I´m not sure if your GPU is adequat for this game. I couldn´t find it´s VRAM stats yet, but maybe I´ll be lucky in a bit. Nontheless, you should have a look at it and update it´s driver.
I already did a few hours ago. It said nothing was corrupt.
I've actually managed to get PD2 to run with even less (2GB of RAM) before I decided to throw some for a 4GB stick, and sure it was slow, but it never crashed on me. Even in large maps like Day 2 of Big Oil and cops bringing the equivalent of a platoon.
Though I'll probably use a new system in a few months, if I decide getting a new PC is worth it.
It has 1024MB of VRAM. Also the drivers for it is auto-updated by Catalyst. Graphical settings are set to almost bare minimum to avoid problems.
Concerning the RAM, it´s just a warning that this might happen. Since you´re below the required minimum.
But to come back to the actual topic. Hm.
I don´t really think it´s a mod interfearing here.Hmmm. Could you check how many cores are active while playing? (Open the Task manager - performance - CPU usage)
Did two tests. Apparently, all 4 are functioning, but the crashlog doesn't seem to be recognizing that.
Here's the status while idle in the lobby:

And here's the status while in an actual game:

Sure, I'll see what happens.
However, when I tried to play the Golden Grin, I ran into this:

This usually means that your game ran out of memory. Thats most likely caused by the fact that you´re using a 32bit System, and have less than the minimum required RAM, as said previously.
I see. Ohh well, I still got a wonky looking gun out of it.
