Bug Richard Mask (Hotline Miami)

I have the dlc and already wore the mask richard, however now it is locked and says I need to buy the dlc. They could fix this?

To use the Richard mask, you need to own the Hotline Miami DLC - the game.

And to use the Richard Begins or the Richard Returns mask, you need to own the Jacket Character Pack, which only unlocks if you buy the Hotline Miami 2 Deluxe Edition.

Are you sure you actually own the needed DLC?
(To check this, right click at Payday - Properties - DLC)
