game crashes when loading a job

every time i try to join a game my game just crashes to the desktop i don't get any messages or anything that could help me determine what the problem is so here i am asking if anyone have ever had the same problem and how to fix it

Please go through these steps. They are the most common crash fixes. If you keep crashing, please make sure you post the Crash.txt here, since it´ll help to identify the exact crash reason.

1) Verify your game to ensure there are no corrupted game files.

2) If you have any mods, uninstall them. (Make sure you remove all of them: BLT, mod_overrides and PDmods)

3) Make sure all your Drivers are up to date.

4) Post your most recent Crash file (crash.txt) here.

Mind double checking this?
Press Windows + R and type "%localappdata%\PAYDAY 2\crash.txt" (Without the " ") and copy-paste it in here.

If there is nothing, press Windows + R and type "%localappdata%\PAYDAY 2" (Without the " "), open the Crashlog.txt, scroll down and copy paste the very last part of it in here.

i think i found the file now its just called crash for me though not .txt but where and who should i send it to and or do with it?

Just post it in here. (The Crash file, NOT the Crashlog!)

(The file itself is called Crash, the .txt shows that it´s a text file.)

that was every thing that was in the crash.txt file and my specs are:

Windows 7 32bit

GTX 570

8Gb ram (2 usable)

Intel core i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30GHz

First of all, the Crash.txt always contains the system specifications. Incuding them helps us to evaluate if the crash is caused by insufficient hardware.

This part pretty much tells nothing.
Though, try to restart Steam, verify the game again, and have another look at the list with conflicting programs, which I linked above.

Here, things get more relevant.
The game requires at least 4GB RAM. You just have 2GB usable, but even if you would have 4GB to use, a 32bit System can´t handel more than 3GB at the same time, hence why I do suggest you upgrade to a 64bit System and try to make more of your memory actually usable.

I can´t tell if your GPU driver is outdated, but try to update it. For the sake of trying.
