Please post the crash.txt:

This is the fastest way to identifying your problem. While looking at your system specifications. Please post the entire crash.txt (and NOT the crashlog.txt). And if you have your administrator account for your PC in a non-Latin language, please change it temporarily so that you can get a crashlog/crash.txt to proc.
If doing all that, you still don't get a crash.txt. Don't worry. It just points to another problem.
And make sure you don't have any of the listed conflicting programs running:

And even if you don't, try running the game without any non-essential programs running (including AV/Firewall programs, or at least add both PD2 and steam to their list of excluded programs).

And have a close look at this list of conflicting programs. Ensure you run the game without any of those. And also check that Steam and Payday are at the excaption list of all you Anti-Virus, Firewall and Defender Programs.

Besides from that, your Grafic Card is a bit odd. According to the Internet, it has a shared memory, which doesn´t really fit the requirements, as far as I can tell. But you defenitley should try to reinstall / update your GPU driver.
Last but not leasta question: Deoes this also happen when you host a lobby? Even when noone else is in the lobby? And are you certain that you uninstalled all mods?
