Can't equip saw skin on secondary slot

So pretty much what the title said.

I just bought the new skin for the OVE9000|One Percenter.

I mainly bought it since i saw it beeing able to be equiped on the secondary slot now, since some folks have been complaining about not beeing able to do so.

Yeah the skin is for the Primary as the saws are treated as if they are different weapons, don't know if they will fix this or not tho.

If you view the last part of the notes on the update it says that you can now equip saw skins on the seconday

That has nothing to do with the skin not beeing able to be equipped on the secondary.
Edit: forgott to add that i can still add other skins to other weapons.

Please uninstall you mods, verify the game and try to equip the skin again.

With the exception tha it has EVERYTHING to do with the skin not being able to be equipped on teh secondary.

I have NOT heard of this issue since the patch on Thursday and can only assume it is goonmod acting up.

Please remove goonmod and try again. Keeping in mind that with the way goonmod changes skin files, you might need to do a clean re-installation:

yea hope that is just it, i am validating the game cash right now about 30% done.
Just removed all mods from the game and gonna check, i just hope it it just goonmod is to blame on this. If i don't have the problem anymore i will update and check if i reinstall all mods if it gets back. If that happens i will try to found the problem it self.

Yea i got it working now, the problem seems to be GoonMod. I Disabled GoonMod and tried to to equip the skin after the verify game cash and uninstalling of mods, then installing them again after the test.
The only thing i have to say now is it probably isnt a bad idea to make a psa about it so there isn't alot of threads going to be wasting time of the mods/devs.

And i should have tried the usual uninstall mods and verify game cash, since it is usual procedure in finding the source of the problem.

It isn't our job to announce or make sure mods are working correctly or interfering with the game. If anything, this should be brought up to James Wilko, creator of Goonmod.

Meant it more like: there is a bug with GoonMod and the new skin for the secondary saw, sorry if it sounded like i was saying you should, it is just a nice tought and alot less threads you guys have to deal with.

Else than that you make that descision since your the mod, you can lock the thread now.
