First World Bank bug

When I was doing stealth, and I was waiting to insider man to open the doors to offices and let me leave the bank, she just turned around and went back to the valut trough the floor.

Thats odd. I assume you weren´t able to finish the heist, correct?

And for clarifications, do you run mods?

I was able to finish it, but I had to wait, until she comes back there. And no I don't use any mods.

Hm. That sounds like a very specific issue. Did this happen more than one time?

Like Atomic said this sound like a very specific issue the more info you can provide in terms of step by step instruction, pictures or video would help.
Did you get it more then once?
Did you play alone?
if no, did you play as a client?
if yes, did the host see the same thing?
Did anything else happen or trigger at the time or just before this happend?
Did bain say anything at the time of the bug?
Did the objective update?
What was the objective?

It happend only when I was playing offline heist and it happend more than one time. Objective didn't changed and bain didn' said anything. Unfortunately I don't have any picture or video, but i'll try to get it next time.

I´ve got a few more questions if you don´t mind. ^^

On which difficulty did this happen?
What was the objective?
How man bags did you secure?
How many guards did you kill?
And (roughly) on what time did this happen?

I was playing on DW difficulty and objective was "follow the insider". I secured all (14) bags and killed 3 guards. I don't know the time, but it happend only when the valut was on the left side of the bank (not under the offices).

Sorry for the resurrection, but I've hit this issue quite a few times. Here is a direct video of what I see:

My theory is that when you are about to escape, you meet the Insider to lead you back up to the escape door throiugh the other building. If you don't go near the trigger area before she opens the door to the other building, it doesn't remove the Insider's objective to be near the vault doors and so she takes the most direct path down through the floor to her standing spot and then she immediately walks back up again following her scripted path.

I don't know what governs the time before she starts walking back down through the floor again but it seems that she waits there for about 40 seconds.

I do have mods on but I think you should be able to replicate it even without mods.

I would like to add, I think this also happens on the left side as well but I just didn't record one. I would need to restart a bunch of times and successfully stealth to that point to get a recording.

Sure. I think it's very replicable. It's just that you need to wait 40 seconds or so and most of the time, people don't need to wait that long unless a guard is waiting right there for a while such that you can't get there.

Have a look around the 27:00 mark in the video. You can see around that time the Insider was standing at the door but I couldn't get there and shortly after, she disappeared and I had to wait for her to come back up.

The funny thing if you get in front of the exit door, you trigger her voice lines and she's not even there. =) This is another bug but probably rectified if she doesn't loop back to the vault.

The video here was recorded around Oct 26 - 27, 2015 timeframe.
