Game does not start even when players ready up

This happened twice in a row. On Firestarter Day 1, all 4 players(including me) clicked the 'ready' button. The screen showed that all of the four players were ready. Yet, the game did not start.

I terminated the contract and bought it again. However, the same error occurred. Only when I restarted Payday 2 and restarted my computer, the game worked again.

Can someone help me to fix this issue and ensure it doesn't happen again? I have pictures to back myself up.

P.S. Both of the contracts bought were on Overkill difficulty.

Generally this means that 1 player was not synced correctly, generally this is a client, and he needs to follow these steps:

Figuring out which player can only be done by having each client quit 1 at a time till the game starts.
