Didn't get ending items or DLC

Good afternoon, hope you are having a good day,

I am having a little trouble with a secret DLC which is unlocked upon getting the The End achievement (finish secret game storyline), my partner that I played together in this received it instantly, but it hasn't shown up for me after several days. I've restarted my Steam launcher, the game itself and my desktop to refresh it, as well as checking all my owned DLC but it still hasn't shown up.

OVERKILL Studio hasn't gotten back regarding this after I visited their customer support site, nor has their Steam discussion page.

I would greatly appreciate some support with this :)

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, i would like to ask you a couple of questions though:
- Were you the host when doing the secret in the white house heist ?
- The dlc that you should receive for completing the secret is called "Offshore Payday", are you sure you're not having any by that name in your dlc list in the steam library ?
- A stupid idea i would like to experiment on: could you please play again the white house heist and after when closing the game if the download for the offshore payday dlc appear (you're the second person with this issue in years and that's how he accidentally solved his issue back then).

Heya, thank you for your response, I was the host of the heist, yes indeed. And yeah, I specifically searched my PAYDAY 2 add-on list for this DLC.

And just to clarify, am I required to complete the secret again or just the normal heist?

Due to the lack of informations: i'm assuming just playing the regular version of the heist but it's a shot in the dark.

That's just awkward. On a side-note, did you receive the masks as reward for completing the secret ?

I hate to ask, but is there any way for a developer to manually trigger the DLC to connect with my account? Just a complete shot in the dark but might as well ask if you don't mind.
