Dragon Heist: Forklift Objective Fails to Appear on Loud

Doing the heist on loud atm, Locke is telling me to find the keys to activate the forklift so you can ram it to a gate to enter the warehouse. I found the civ with the keys, but game fails to recognize and assumes I'm still looking for the keys.

The keys for the forklift are in a box on the wall. not the auctioneer.

The keys you picked from the civilian in tuxedo were meant to be used for the gate inside the vault; To use the forklift, you'll need to find in the room where the vehicle is a small grey box on the walls that contains the keys. You should be able to progress this way.
