Undercover - 3rd IRS hack not working.

Today, I joined in to a level 48 crime spree in the heist Undercover (Supersledge). I joined in late and the previous players were all having trouble with the third IRS hack. The objective was to "Wait for the IRS hack," except, the hack never came. We waited and waited and waited and nothing happened. We guarded the power for a total of forty minutes before the host had to abandon his spree. The heist had become a deadlock.

Happened to me / us too. 2 times it caused Crime Spree to fail.
When helping a friend tonight on different Achivements at Undercover, this bug came up in about 6 / 10 runs.
Sometimes level 2, sometimes level 3 Hack.
Turn off the Hacks by Fuseboxes neither knockout Taxman fixed that.
We tryed to knock him out because in almost all cases he was highlightet persistent after 2nd / 3rd Hack was startet.
