[GAME PLAY: Undercover] Hacking power cut issue details/solution

Description
When the power is cut or the computer is interrupted during the last 1.5 seconds (approximate) of the hack, when it resumes the objective will not progress.
When the screen shows "Estimated Time Remaining 1 second", there are 2 seconds left to the hack. So if the power trips 0.5 seconds after we see "1 second" the bug will occur.
This will only affect the 1st and 2nd hack. The final hack will work without issues.

Steps to reproduce
Trying to produce this without mods is difficult. Other than being lucky, we'll have to start the 1st hack, count number of seconds cops take to trip the power, then give the second hack a headstart by defending the same power box for the same amount of time remaining from the 1st hack. E.g. 1st hack when interrupted is left with 30 seconds, so for 2nd hack, defend for 30 seconds before leaving the power box and hope cops pull the power to trigger the bug.

With BeardLib editor, the computer interrupt can be triggered manually by executing the elements ´computer_interrupted_higher´, ´computer_interrupted_middle´ or ´computer_interrupted_lower´ (depending on which location we get). Execute the element when the screen shows "0 second".

Proposed solution
The hack actually completes, from the outline showing and re-enabling of the shouting. What I deduce happened, is the cycling of objectives from the power restoration didn't complete in time, thus the "Wait for IRS Hack" message, resulting in a conflict with the objective cycling from the hack completion element.

Adding a 2 second delay to the hack complete functions/elements will resolve this, by letting the power restoration code complete properly (plus some buffer if the power tripped right at the start of the 1.5s window), though I'm not sure if it's elegant. The last video shows the proposed solution in action, with manual trips on each hack.
