Game Breaking Bug on Golden Grin Casino

Today I was playing in a private lobby with one of my friends on the golden grin casino. We were almost completely through stealthing it, when we got caught by a guard. We didn't have any pagers left, and so we had to drop an ECM. This was right before we entered the vault code. However, the ECM blocked the code from being entered, and so we resigned ourselves to fighting our way through.

This is where the bug starts: After the ECM expired, neither the vault panel nor the armory panel were accepting the code. They just said Shut Down and didn't highlight anything. Bain kept repeating the voice line with the code. We waited for several minutes, but the panels never turned back on. The ECM jammers had long since expired by this point, so there's no reason they should have still been turned off. Neither myself nor my friend were running mods of any sort.

I hope this bug can get addressed, because we literally were in the final stretch when the level became unwinnable.

In the screenshot. We used ecm and we let the heist went loud. We tried to open the C4 room but we couldn't as the security panel kept shutting down itself.
I'll hurry up and send this issue to the devs right away.
