Incredibely low FPS !

So, some weeks ago, I've bought a new PC....
And I decided to install Payday 2 and have some fun....Then, when I get to the menu...Oh boy !
I got 14-30 fps...But it isn't just at the main menu...No...I got low FPS all the game, and I've tried to put all of the graphics options all to very low and low....No changes I still get : max 30 fps

Btw, I got :

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz

AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M330

RAM : 4GB

Was your computer before better than this? You need a dedicated video card to get higher fps in games like this, or any 3d games really.

Your old GTX 930 seems to have been 30-50% faster than your new M330. Most games will run worse on your new laptop.

Have you disabled vsync in the game's video settings or enabled triple buffering in the drivers?

Of course it was, but I play other games just fine, for example : CS:GO.
Yes, I've disabled Vsync and I have triple buffering enabled, nothing changed.
