Cannot open game

So I tried payday 2 on dual monitor (3840x1080) and it was great, but the 2nd monitor was temporary and since i gave it back, i couldnt open payday 2, it would show on my steam that i play it right after double clicking on it and seconds later, it disappears and the game doesnt boot up. I tried removing all the mods, didn't work, did the file thing, didnt work, I even reinstalled the game several times and still nothing, i would try to reinstall the whole windows but i have too many games on it and it wouldn't be worth it. Any advice ? ( i have the dual monitor again and i still have this problem)

before posting this, i had a look at geforce experience app and tried to change the resolution settings there, i changed it back to 1920x1080 and it still has this problem

Start the game as administrator and tell me what error it displays.

steam says "prepearing to launch payday2" and after that no error message, no nothing, it just doesnt boot

Try this then
1)win + R
2)type %localappdata%
3)open payday 2 folder
4)Remove renderer settings file
5)If wont help - open file by notepad and change resolution/refresh rate to yours and set windowed on true.

i did what u said to do, first i removed the renderer settings file and tried to boot the game up, same thing happened, the game simply didnt, then i restored the renderer settings file and changed the resolution to 1920x1080 and windowed to true, but unfortunately, it still didnt boot up (im not sure if i were meant to restore the file to change it or somethings, also i do not understand what the "P.S" part says to do, if you could elaborate on that i'd be grateful)

if you dont run these programs - add payday 2 as exception for your antivirus and firewall and try to start the game without non-essential programs

Can you try to check the windows's error log? It should narrow down the issue you are facing. Here is how you can do it.
1. Go to window icon. Search the program called "Windows Event Viewer" and launch it.
2. On the panel at your left. Go to Windows Logs >> Application
3. Leave the Windows Event Viewer program without closing it. Launch the PayDay 2.
4. After the game won't start correctly, go back to Windows Event Viewer program. On the right side. It should have "Error" at the Level section with that red icon. Click on it and copy what it informed you there and post it in this thread.

im not sure if it can print out multiple times or just once because when i launched it first 3 new information things popped up and 1 error, the error source is "SpellChecker" and it says this "Failed to add hardcoded change pair "http -> http" to engine: Not implemented. The spell checker will still be available." not sure if its from pd2 or not because after the 1st try, it doesnt print nothing more.

i think the information below it is pd2 related as it says "DllHost (20216,G,98) The beta feature EseDiskFlushConsistency is enabled in ESENT due to the beta site mode settings 0x800000." and the source is "ESNTS"

also, even though the antivirus that im using hasnt been listed on the thread, i did select a folder with my games ( that includes payday 2 ) to exceptions

hello again, its me Izai on my other account, i share games with it for... reasons. ive noticed that on this account I ACTUALLY CAN OPEN AND PLAY PD2 even though its shared by my other account, whaat ? how do i fix that ? ???

Check 'last updated' date of your crash.txt, if it's fresh then post it's contents here:
1)win + R
2)type %localappdata%
3)open payday 2 folder
4)open 'crash' file

thanks for the input but ive made a different post about this issue and it solved it, i decided to leave this discussion alone because the answers form this one didnt solve it... and i have no idea how to close it...
