Outfits randomly stop working

I got this bug where the non-DLC outfits randomly became locked and I had no access to them whatsoever, not even the Murkywater uniform that's unlocked with an achievement. The only outfits that were unlocked are the community ones.
I tried relaunching the game and it seemed to fix it... regardless, something like this shouldn't happen.

Hi. I believe it maybe linked to steam verifying the owned DLC of this game. Still. We will keep an eye about this issue in case it still happen with other heisters. Thank you for your report.

Just had this issue myself. Add that on top of all the minor bugs and the game crashing more than it ever has before and I'm nor even sure I want to keep playing.

Try to change your steam privacy settings. Make your profile public launch the game and after it change setting back to private.

I got this bug as well, the only two outfits I can access are the black and white striped one and the holiday sweaters, even though I unlocked others.

Same, me and my friends recently reinstalled. We hopped on last night and did the diamond heist on normal and didn't unlock the outfit, tried again on hard and it still didn't unlock. It just says to complete the heist, not that some specific way or activity must be done, so this feature doesn't seem to function.

I got this bug as well I had the murkywater one equipped turned off PC for the night played again and I was back to standard outfit and the uniform was gone tried to go "unlock" it again hoping maybe I'd get it back nope

Just checked out Payday after not playing for a while, I got the bug too.

I have this behavior since the new DLC came out (and I bought them immediately) last year, but until now restarting the game 4-5 times in a row seemed to 'fix' it. But now even that doesn't work anymore. Very well programmed... Anyone knows how to fix their mess?

Well I have the same issue, I like diamond heist, and did it few times, but I still didn't get the outfit and same problem with others except christams and stripped ones.
