Payday 2 starts on wrong monitor, can't move it

I run 3x monitors, and I have Linux configured so that new windows _SHOULD_ start on the middle monitor. However, Payday 2 does not honour this setting (like other applications do).

So it starts on the left monitor. I run the game windowed, and the game locks my mouse to the game itself. I cannot drag the window as a result, and it does not let me change the monitor setting in video settings.

Also, even if I could move it, I would have that border to deal with.

Can we get this addressed please? Not just wrong monitor being started on, but no way to unlock mouse, and no fullscreen+windowed.

I run windowed so that I can do other stuff during game downtime, or if I need to switch out for something pressing.
