LB button problem

A week ago or so I started to have a problem with my LB button on my wired Xbox One controller to where when I pushed it I couldn't put on my mask, deploy anything, etc. Today, I found a thread stating it was being caused by the Aced version of "Jack Of All Trades" perk. I refunded my point on the perk and I could finally use the LB button.

I'm using the same controller (mine is wireless tho) and i dont have that problem, as you can see here:

I also tried this with my Xbox 360 controller with the same result. Are you using some kind of mod or something??

Have you tried holding LB?

Having the skill equipped requires you to hold LB for a bit if you want to deploy things or put on your mask, while tapping it swaps your current deployable. It's an unfortunate side effect of running out of buttons to map things to.

Yeah, I held down the button for a decent amount of time and nothing happened. Even when it prompted me to put my mask on, it wouldn't work. But after I unaced the perk I could use it again. So I'll probably test it more and Ace it again to see what happens.
