Crash On Start Up - Entry Point Not Found

Okay, so I've spent since the start of the recent crimefest till now trying to find a fix. My crash log and crash.txt have not had a single update to them since october 1st, prior to the update, which was a crash on Big Bank during loading in. The only error to present is this, found through running Payday as an adminstrator through the application
"payday2_win32_release.exe - Entry Point Not Found
the procedure entry point K32GetModuleFileNameExW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

My Payday 2 and Setup
- Never installed mods
- Running on Windows XP (32 bit) SP3
- Have deleted and reinstalled all redist files
- Have searched both in and outside the discussions without being able to find anything
- Have reinstalled Payday 2, and verified multiple times

I understand that windows XP is not supposed, however I had ran this game fine before, it is this update that had changed my Payday 2 (As in, I was playing Payday 2, quit the game, updated it on the day it came out, and the issue has been since), and I cannot see any specific reasons through checking changelogs and all

But still, 32 bit OS cant use more than 3.5 gb of RAM, when min requirements are 4 gb. Also 32 bit OS cant load some maps. I suggest you to update your OS to 64 bit. And also reinstall your GPU driver.

My wife has this same problem, with a 64-bit OS. Nothing we've tried will let her launch the game.
