Achievement - Sounds of Animals Fighting - not working

[Duke-Nuke]

Masks used:
pig
bear
bunny
owl
Yes, each player using a different mask

mission: Hotline miami (daaaaa)

on: offline

completed: both days.

Difficulty: Hard (nothing happened), and then Very hard (again nothing happened)

Misc:
I get -3% XP or something, because I did that mission many times. Does this mean something to the achievement, and if so why is it not written in the description of the achievement?

Am I angry? YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Will I buy Payday 3? NOOOOOOOOOOOO

1st I don't think mask related achievements work offline
2nd It's bunny (Graham) Owl (Rasmus) Pig (not Hog) (Aubrey) and Panter or how's that animal called (Dennis) - Do you like hurting other people achievement

1) I've done many stupid achievements offline....... Is this a specific online stupid achievement? Wasn't written in the description........ (YES, I HATE ACHIEVEMENTS THAT NEED TO BE FULFILLED IN ORDER TO GET THE CONTENT THAT YOU PAID FOR).

2) I know the masks, it was written in the wikia (because in genius Steam, you can't see the entire description of the achievement...........)

3) PLEASE BRAINLESS SOFTWARE COMPENY, JUST OPEN UP THESE STUPID ACHIEVEMENTS SO I CAN GET WHAT I PAID FOR.

1. That achievement came before the "AI update" Although it would be nice if they changed it, it's not that big of a deal

2. Here's the achievement description:
Sounds of Animals Fighting
In the Hotline Miami job, complete the heist while you and your four man crew are wearing one different Hotline Miami mask each on hard or above. Unlocks the Silent Death and Folded Stock for the Uzi submachine gun, Suppressor and No Stock for the Cobra submachine gun and Short Barrel for the Blaster 9mm submachine gun.

READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ACHIEVEMENT, AND THEN READ WHAT I WROTE.
IF I FOLLOW THE DESCRIPTION AND DONT GET THE REWARD, IT'S A BUG, OR MISSING DESCRIPTION, WHICH CAN ALSO CONSIDERED AS A BUG.

I didnt pay for a challenge, but for a suppresor for uzi smg.
I don't care if they put achievements in their game. I start to care when a software compeny takes my money for content, and then condition this content with an "achievement".

As I said before: I PAID FOR CONTENT (suppresor for uzi among things), SO GIVE ME THE CONTENT I PAID FOR.

And yes, of course, it can be viewed as a question of game design. In my POV, this is a bad design choice, but that is more related to taste, so no point debating it.

It's not a bug, but the achievement could probably be re-worded to specify human players.
Putting masks on bots was added LONG after this heist was released.

It would be nice for people like me who only have the weekends to play once school starts up to do any non-weapon specific achievements solo. I mean they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masks, not that drastic to require real people for.

Regarding the ability to do 4 masks achievements with bots, this ability was submitted to the developers, the ball being on their side now.

Bots never count.

Positive is that "all crew members using weapon X", the bots can use any weapon.

Negative is that "crew members using 4 different masks" you need human players since bots dont count ...
