How 2 Stealth Watchdogs

Step 1. Buy contract from Crime.Net

Step 2. Set tactic to "Loud."

Step 3. Equip gear with a detection risk of 3.

Step 4. Kick everyone with a detection risk over 3 because you're a pro stealther and those guys obviously do things OTHER then stealth. This includes detection risk 4 Dodge builds.

Step 5. Start Heist.

Step 6. Delete your AI folder in game.

Step 7. Complete the driving Heist for Hector. If you do it succesfully you don't have to worry about a thing. Just take care of the patrolling dock guards, they have pagers.

Step 8. Find Hector's bloated body in the water. Listen to it as Hoxton.

Step 9. Kill the Rat in Hoxton's Revenge, but do it quiet. Listen to him telling you how to stealth Watchdogs and where the Secret is.

Step 10. Find Hector's bloated body in the water in Prison Nightmare under the same circumstances as Watchdogs. Take the portable med bag from the police cruiser the crew arrives in. Give it to Hector to ressurect his spirit in the after life, giving him the ability to commune with you. He then takes the Cruiser and leaves to come back to life.

Step 11. Then break into the control panel of the prison, avoiding the Headless Titan Dozers and scanning of the Necro Cloaker. Hack the control panel and head into the Police Safe House, sneak your way into the Vault, avoiding Cop Dragan and Wolf, and lift all the Cloaker Gold out of there.

Step 11. Find Hector's body randomly in the Police Safe House Vault. He'll tell you about how Dragan plans to betray the Payday Gang with Rust and the Elephant. After words you have to defeat Police Jacket, quietly. You then have to rescue Matt there and get him out of the Police Safe House, bringing him back to the Prison Nightmare. Now you have to get him out of there by activating the train cars to arrive. Doing so will sound the alarm, starting a 4 minute point of no return. Manage to get into the train car and past the bridge full of money.

Step 12. Do the Yatch Heist. Take McKendrick hostage. Bain will give a special prompt. "This is for betraying us." McKendrick will then become a forced kill to complete the mission.

Step 13. Go to Crime.Net. Choose Hector's 4th and final Heist. "The Second Rat." Kill Dragan, Rust, and the Elephant.

Step 14. Go to the Safe House, talk to the Contractors and say goodbye. Afterwords head to Crime.Net where Locke will be waiting for your prompt to activate "Operation Endgame" and shut down the ring for good. Say goodbye to him before he presses the button.

Step 15. Go to the vault and burn your Offshore money a second time before setting the vault ablaze. Afterwords, head to the escape van and let the second safe house burn to the ground as police charge in.

Step 16. Complete the marathon of Escape Sequences across DC with help from all of your allies.

Step 17. Get the Final Achievement. "It's Time To Say Goodbye."
