This brings up a great point!!! Thank you for your input :)
The Bank Heists, if stealthed properly will allow for MUCH fast time frame using the Saw to open all safety deposit boxes....quite possibly cutting (no pun intended) my time in half because I pick each lock.
1. Mastermind/Technician hybrid (me)
2. Enforcer/Technician hybrid
3. Ghost/Mastermind hybrid
4. Support (such a great, describing term, ain't it?)
My build is mostly Mastermind, with skills like inside man, dominate, and joker. But above all, I made sure to get Inspire so I can revive my crew just by yelling at them (Something I'm already quite good at >.>). Technician is for trip mines and C4, since no one else had them.
My Enforcer is, well, just that. Took all the shotgun and damage reduction perks, and used Technician for thinks like bulletproof, shockproof, etc. just so he could tank better. Bulldozers beware! He carries our over-stuffed ammo bag.
Our Ghost is mostly pure Ghost, though with some Mastermind skills to aid me in capturing and converting guards. Keeps his weapons silenced, his visibility low, and his speed high. Rarely keeps his mouth shut, though :) Tends to carry ECM jammer, as a Ghost should.
And then that support role I mentioned... It's a bit of an odd build, but it's been working for us. Takes some skills form each tree, though most prominently Mastermind, since he carries our doctor bags. Usually has a M308 supplemented by an SMG, silenced or unsilenced on both accounts dependent on the job.
With this set up, there isn't much we can't handle. We have basically 2 modes of function: Plan A, or Plan B.
Plan A is stealth, our go-to. The Ghost and I slip in, dominate or kill guards, answer their pagers, and bag the corpses for hiding. Support takes up what he deems to be the best position for him to take out any issues and have one of us bag the corpse. And our Enforcer, being as inconspicuous as a hippo in a hen house, mans Camera feeds when available. When not, he usually shadows me or the Ghost to add to the intimidation factor and make guards more likely to surrender. And if something goes wrong...
Plan B: Screw these guys. Enforcer takes a frontal position for the incoming Police, Support takes up a position nearby, usually behind cover, to take their heads off, while Ghost and I alternate between giving additional firepower up front and maintaining side entrances. When needed, my trip mines cover a door we can't, and my C4 blows the way open for to get us out quickly before any more harm comes to the crew.
While not every crew needs to follow this setup, it serves as an example of a crew that works well together. Especially because in here, everyone knows their roles, which is the most important part of setting up your crew. Make sure everyone knows their job! And be ready to prune out some of the more egotistical players who think they can handle it all on their own, and try to do everyone's job. You're in a team, you work as a team. Remember that!
Exagerate much??
