I found the 4th(?) special item "Ruby Thorn Crown"

While leveling IAA in the lava map on nightmare, I randomly got the last special item from a small lava puddle. I didn't have any kind of quest on for this like with the book or the crystal, I was just running away from the massive lava boulders and bumped into this item lol.

First some screenshots with captions, then some information which might be crucial for getting the crown. I'm not sure what state your game has to be at in order to get it because this was completely random for me.

Possible requirements for getting the item

• I was playing with IAA in the 1st map "Hell Surface" on turbo nightmare with 4/5 points in Access to Interiors.
  
• No drinks, but one supply drop with Support Chest in it
  
• All the recipes, characters, weapons, evolves and modifiers are unlocked
  
• All the permanent upgrades are unlocked except for the frenzy ones in blue statue
  
• Aurora, Asia, Issa and Welles are max level
  
• All the maps have been completed in normal, nightmare and turbo nightmare
  
• Misty, Clair De Lune and Gymnopedies 1 songs are unlocked

After getting the item and returning to the hub, the blacksmith/weapon dealer talked about it and explained how Aurora is very sensitive about seeing the crown. I guess based on that Aurora has to be max level and you have to get the crown with some other character.

When you pick Aurora and look at the item in the cabinet, nothing happens. After a run with her zero special dialogue happens either. Either there's more to this whole thing or that's it?

Has anybody else found this item yet?

It was the only collection item I got before the watch a few days ago, same thing, wandered into it in a lava puddle, I thought it was a special boss drop since it happened during Samuel fight.

Oh I see. Funny how I completely missed it this whole time and it was the last item for me

i got it a while back, i was pretty sure that there was no requirment for this collect item
so i just made a new save to check and i confirmed it, no requirement, just walk to where that is from the start of a run and you can get it

i still can't find it, but i have other 3 collectibles(
i checked this exact place with different characters on both normal and nightmare

I just walked in and it was there, just a bit SW of the starting point. And it unlocks the Wrath attendant.
