In game problem : can't properly click on planets

So I've just installed the game again and I keep having the same issue over and over.
I get to the main menu and everything is just fine. But as soon as I load into a game (campaign or quick game) I can't click on the planet properly.

The hitbox for the planets are completly off the side (usually on the right and below) off where the planet itself actually is. I've tried looking for someone else who has the same problem, can't find it.

I would appreciate it a lot if anyone has a suggestion on what I can do about it, or at least has the same issue.

Same exact issue.. i just got the game for 90% off and i can't do anything on the very first mission of campaign.. i try to select the planet and the hit box is way off!
