Outdoor fence and wall building

I'd LOVE to be able to build walls and fences outside, to create nicer outdoor spaces. We can place exhibits and some decor outside, but it is hard to make it look nice. A chainlink fence around the Helicopter area, a little fence edging the pathways between buildings... Please unrestrict the placement!

Also inside rooms! One staff room split into a smaller room for Bandage boxes, another for sofas etc.
