missing a map

My helicopter is missing a map, specifically the map for the Netherworld. This prevents me from advancing the main storyline. Please help me resolve this issue. I even purchased a DLC upgrade pack to try and fix it, but it still didn't work.

Did you have access to this map previously and now it is missing?

It should be unlocked at the start of the first star in Wailon Lodge, did you start this level than exit the game or experience a crash?

no crash ,no exit .yes it should be ,but i can't find the map so i can't reach the 1st star.

i cant' upload img. i unlock other 4 museums .My current task as a curator is for all museums to receive two stars. I have unlocked other museums, but I have never been to Wailon Lodge. When I first entered Wailon Lodge and wanted to get my first star, I found that the map was no longer available.
