Insane amount of $ in donation bins.

It's about year 5 in my sandbox game and I've noticed amount in the hundreds of thousands appearing in donation bins. At first I thought my strategy for fulfilling dream visits was working but on closer inspection I found I wasn't fulfilling that many dream visits and even if I did it would only mean a $10,000 donation. And a bin would resister as full and unable to take more as soon as the donation was made.

This is ruining my game as it's removing all the challenge. On top of that my guards can't keep up with emptying the bins as instead of emptying it immediately they have to keep doing their empty action over and over as it only empties a portion at a time. Their too busy to do anything else and they can't keep up as I have to put multiple bins around the same area and they just fill up too.

Compared to your other games, this one has a lot of bugs.

The guards are definitely bugged at the moment. Mine walk outside and stop collecting alltogether.
