Loading failed, file is corrupt.

Ive been playing for 67 hours now, a few days ago the game randomly crashed and now my game has been reset back to 0, ive followed the instructions on here to rename the save files and it didnt work, how else can i get the save back?

I'm sorry you've had this problem! We can take a look at your save files and hopefully fix for you:

If you are using windows, you can find it here; C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\ (type %APPDATA% in to file explorer and press enter)

If you zip it up and email [e-mail] with a link to this thread, we should have everything we need!

Thanks i sent the email yesterday, any idea how long before i get a reply?

I replied to this one this morning (we've recovered the save) but I see it has bounced back - I will forward it again now!

That's strange, it says sent - perhaps just junk mail just in case? it will be from Jo.Koehler

Since the save has been recovered i no longer have access to DLCs that were previously installed and when i follow the link to install them again it wants me to pay

Hey justjazzy - are the DLC's ticked in your steam library? You can check this by right clicking on the game, going to properties, and then DLC.

There are no DLCs there, just the game named 'Two point museum:sonic pre purchase pack'
