Tours are Bugged
I have 7 experts available and trained for giving tours and none of them are giving tours. Any time I try to assign one, it glitches and unassigns them immediately.

GTK, I haven't done tours yet. I'll skip for now.

you have to click on the tour piece and then click the setup , click the exhibits to be included and then confirm

Also make sure there is nothing block the tour path, once you setup the exhibits to include in the tour you will see a dotted line, if the line making a crazy path it means there's a block somewhere that you should clean up.

The tour actually worked for me though when it ended my game crashed and now my save is gone and I have an empty map :/

I'm having similar problem but for my camera rooms and security guards in the sandbox mode i can not get any of them to work in there and a few of them have the necessary skill.

Also have another issue in the 2nd map were my expert wont go capture the poltergeist and is blocking my campaign progression (Devs are aware of this one).

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that! You'll have some back up saves, but I'd also like to investigate so we can hopefully stop this happening again.

Would you mind sending us your Two Point Museum folder to support@twopointstudios.com so that we can take a look at whats happened and fix it?

If you are using windows, you can find it here; C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\ (type %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\ in to file explorer)

If you zip it up and attach to the email we should have everything that we need!

Instructions on backup saves incoming!

I was able to recover my state, though this took me several attempts. I just moved all files into a new backup directory and copied the 1002.sav.6.bak and 1003.sav.6.bak, which had both over 1k kb in contrast to the 200 kb the "new" saves had, and replaced basically all 100N.sav(.N.bak) respectively in that Slot1 directory. However, the career.csav was at first corrupt as it didn't want to load my save files, though after removing all of those and starting the game, for some reason it first loaded the starter map empgy but the harbor map was recovered fine. When I switched back to the starter map it now loaded my state again. I just lost like 20 or 30 seconds worth of gameplay this way.

Would be nice though if we could make our own saves instead of relying on the 3 auto-save-slots.

I'm having the same issue. They were working fine before I rearranged my museum and moved the tour stand, now if I assign an expert to the stand it immediately unassigns them, if I drag and drop them onto the tour stand to assign, they just walk away . The tour setup looks fine and nothing is blocking the stand so I'm really confused and frustrated why this is working
