We're sorry you've encountered this issue.
We are aware of 2 separate issues that might be causing this and we are currently working on fixes for both of these.
In the meantime, it has been reported that experts not satisfying their needs while leading tours happens less frequently if you allow the game to 'auto assign' an expert to the tour stand rather than manually assigning them. If you use the Job Assignment tool to make sure that only the staff you want to do tours have that job available, then you should be able to pick up and replace the tour stand and this should unassign the current staff, allowing the game to automatically assign an expert to it, hopefully reducing the frequency of this issue.
I hope this helps.
Thanks, Kris
Thanks!
Yeah I was just coming to check if this is a known bug. My poor tour guides, once in a while they give tours until they're an inch away from death!
As we're looking into this issue, it would be really useful if anyone experiencing it frequently can share their save with us so that we can inspect it to get more information on the problem.
If that applies to you, please can you head over to https://community.twopointcounty.com/two-point-studios/two-point-museum/bugs and complete a bug report which will allow you to attach your save so that we can take a look!
Thanks, Kris
