Can't Advance - Curator Class IV & Bungle Wasteland

I am working towards Curator Class IV, part of which requires getting 1 star on Pebberley Heights and 1 at Bungle Wasteland. I got 1 star at both but the quest is frozen, it still says I only got 1 of the 2 stars.

Also, where I think it broke - I don't remember getting 1 star at Bungle Wasteland because the cutscene congratulating me on 1 star never popped up (but I do have the 1 star upon checking). I cannot advance at Bungle Wasteland Museum or Bungle Burrows (the expedition area) either.

After I made the 1st keycard and went to the place to fix the water pipes, that was it. I finished that questline and no new quests have popped up on the right hand side. Which means no new areas (not even locked ones I can work towards advancing to) are appearing on the expedition map.

Can you paste a screenshot of the museums map? Usually you have to go to old museums and advance old stars in these to make total progress in Curator.

I re-entered both the Wasteland and Heights museums to see if that would trigger anything. Someone on Reddit said that if they got 1 star and clicked to go to the museum map during that popup, it wouldn't register. Though that doesn't seem to be my case.

Thanks for the links ^^ I see a dev in the second one mentions that if you do a bug report on the two point forums, you can attach your save, so I may attempt that.

We're sorry you've encountered this issue.

From the images you shared it does look like you haven't been properly awarded the 1st star for Bungle Wasteland.

Some players with similar issues have found that the letter was triggered if they close the game, relaunch and on the front end menu, log out of Two Point County and then log back in before loading the level save. Hopefully this will work for you too!

Hi Kris, thank you! Interestingly, I was never logged into Two County so I wasn't able to log out and back in again. But, I logged in for the first time and opened Bungle Wasteland and that fixed it :) I got the sickly pears cutscene, the dialogue at the bottom to advance in the level, and it is no recognizing the star there in the curator quest.
