We're sorry you're having issues with this.
We will take a look in to this, we are aware of the tour related issue with aquariums and knowledge, but we have not previously seen issues relating to Information Stands. What do the inspectors for the information stands show? Do they have an accurate knowledge stat?
We have seen that with the inspection events the scores are based on the items the inspector character views, so for example if they view only exhibits with a low quality, even if most of the exhibits in the museum have a high quality, the inspector will give a low score for this. This is something we're looking at revising, but it may explain the inspection result if they happened to view an info stand that had a low knowledge value.
That said, you also mentioned that your guest knowledge values were being affected? If so then it would be really good to inspect your save so that we can debug the problem. If you can head over to https://community.twopointcounty.com/two-point-studios/two-point-museum/bugs and complete a bug report you should be able to attach your save so that we can take a look at it.
Thanks, Kris
I can't say that there's not a chance that the inspector didn't randomly choose to look only at my most recently placed exhibits out of around 30 or so that were max knowledge surrounding them to trigger that letter, but with all due respect, I'm not firing it up again until after a good-sized bug patch comes through. I'd rather walk away for a bit now while I still love the game and support it, than continue to fight uphill against known and random issues that set me back two steps for every three taken. Once I spend money on something, my patience to playtest is limited.
And I'd love to send you a save file, unfortunately I am unable to locate it. I suspect that this is because my Steam account is split between multiple drives and not due to any lack of clear instructions on your part.
