Sorry for the basic suggestion but did you try reloading?

This is a common bug happening a lot recently. I found if you bucket the stucks eventually visitors stop getting stuck. Reloading often fixes those stucks but it just passes the bug along to someone else.

I'm having this issue on my vending machines. I start to see a bunch of low energy thought bubbles. I have to go and pick up the vending machines and it frees them all, and it fixes it for a little while.

Sorry you're having trouble with guests getting stuck. There are a few reasons why this could be happening, and we'd love to find out whats happening on your play-through exactly so we can fix it!

If your staff/guests are still getting stuck after a save/load, please can you send us your Two Point Museum folder?

Here's how:

Follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then upload as a comment to this bug in our forum[community.twopointcounty.com].
