Aquarium Treasure Chest Bug

The Treasure Chest decoration for aquariums is classified as an Aquarium Rock and thus counts for fish that have a preference either for or against the Aquarium Rock. I believe this is a bug, as there's no indication in it's description that it's meant to do that
Is this the proper way to report bugs? I don't do this often and want to make sure I'm doing it correctly

This is one avenue for bugs, the devs visit fairly regularly and will see this.
