Joining two areas?

Hi,

I'm back on the first museum (Memento Mile). I've expanded the first part that you start in and bought the lot next door, I might be missing something but is there a way to join the two areas together making one really large museum? I just get the red boxes inside the blue when I try and close the gap.

Unfortunately, you can’t merge buildings at this time. You’ll need to remove one building and extend the other if you want to have a single building.

I'll add to what Ghost said a little bit just as a warning, the game does NOT like the idea of one *massive* building, after a certain size you won't be able to ender build mode or edit walls without turning the game into a slideshow. (learned that the hard way)

Thank you for this. That info should be more widespread as a lot of people are getting this but you are the first to ID the cause.

Yea, my FPS goes down to 5 - 7 while editing walls in Memento Mile with about 400 guests and having filled nearly the whole starting plot and moving into the adjacent one

Only try it if your rig is good
