How do I do marketing campaigns?

I have a marketing room and a worker in there but there doesn't seem to be any options to click or anything to start a marketing campaign?

Click on the room itself and there's a green button.

How do you Train for Marketing?
No option for Marketing in Training Room.

You can train the team members at that training machine thing, the cashier type people do it.

You may not be able to train for marketing immediately, even if you have the Marketing room unlocked. I had to hire a worker trained in Marketing already, and then wait until my next Curator level to train them to the next tier.
