Average Environment too low, what can I do?

I'm getting messages that my environmental rating is too low, which it is. All my exhibits are 5/5 for decoration, is there some general guidelines to follow on raising my environmental rating? Thanks!

1-2 speakers in each room should max it out

It's taking into consideration the rest of the museum as well, so that means you still need to place decorative items all over (and if there's a Decor overlay I'm overlooking it). I like lining my hallways with the Space museum's wall lights because you can change their colors.

I couldn't find a decor overlay either.
