Perhaps, i want to make dedicated entrance and exit, this could possibly work if there is a room with this arch right after the entry point, am gonna try that

That's how I do it. I've got a partition with a one-way arch just past the ticket booths. That way guests have to go through the gift shops I have at each exit (one at the exit from each themed wing, with appropriately-themed products in each). The exit to the helipad is blocked off by a staff door, so they're not getting out that way.

You can already do this. One way arches are what you want. They aren't available RIGHT at the start but they unlock pretty fast.
