Roderick Cushion Stuck in Passwater Cove

Sorry if this has already been addressed but I didn't see a thread about it. In my Passwater Cove museum Roderick came to visit but he has been looking at the the same exhibit for a very long time and his progress is stuck at 33%. I have tried moving the exhibit and restarting the game. Anyone have this happen or know how to get him unstuck? LOVE the game!

TBH, he won't give you anything anyway on a starter aquarium, though I can well understand why you'd want him out of it..
