Issues on handheld

Hi, all.

Anyone having issues playing this on handheld? I'm on the Legion Go. First hour went smooth, but as I approach the point of no return for refunds, the game is only recognizing the controllers for 3-5 minutes before totally freezing. It's doing this every time I try to play, now, making the game unplayable.

Hoping for a fix. Like the game but gotta make a refund decision in the next 15 minutes of game time. :O

The 2 hour mark only counts for automated refunds.
A manual ticket potentially let's you refund games that are well over 2 hours provided you have a good reason, which you would have in this case.

Yes, Steam Support can deny that ticket, but they are usually very lenient.
As long as you didn't abuse refunds in the past they would most likely grant the refund.

Not sure if this is related but i am having an issue that sounds similar while using a wireless Hori Steam controller on a PC it becomes unresponsive after 10 min of play but i was able to use keyboard and mouse to force close the game and it was like that out of ''the box'' not after a hour of play...are you using an external controller or the built in one?

Could you please let me know which specific Legion Go you have? I think this is an issue with certain input peripherals or drivers, and it'll be a lot easier for us to reproduce the issue (to figure out a fix!) with a nice specific piece of hardware rather than the mess of different bits and pieces that desktop PCs are made from :)
