Level up too slow - 15 years of constant work max level I have is 12

Workers level up to 20 and I've been working some of my staff like dogs at 6 stars level 54 and 15+ years they still are just at level 12 most of my staff is under level 10.

I'm basically at the point where I've gotten every POI open (except Ghost Winston to lvl 15 he is just 12) , and have collected every item in all categories at least once (including all full skellies and famous spirits/ famous object...) Just basically all I have is redecorating (kind dull) sending out expeditions just to try for pristine.

Since every level takes more and more exp - getting the last 10 level on workers will take insanely long and all I do is basically run on fast - rake in money and get annoyed by thieves.

I have to give up with only one achievement left but getting 8 more level on any staff will take 30 or 40 game years of play.

Find a museum that is stable and just let it run in the background. And make sure you dont have too many assistants, I have found they level the fastest naturally if you keep them all gainfully employed.

Edit: However, I do agree that the XP gains are insanely slow and need a buff.
