Crashing almost immediately after jumping into save

Hi, loving the game, but after playing it for 2 hours or so the game simply will not run. Jumping into save lets me play for 30 seconds or so, even if i start a new game, then it crashes. Both sandbox and campaign crashes.

I have tried different things to make it work like undervolting my finnicky amd graphics card, which usually works, and i have tried to remove and reinstall the realtek drivers, i have also tried disabling them altogether but no luck so far. i have also verified game files a thousand times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
