Everyone avoids my one way arch!!!!
I have place a one way arch near my entrance to prevent them using it as an exit. I also moved my exit near to the subway with gift shop in tow. Visitors will buy tickets but then exit the entrance and go outside through to the Gift Shop. Is the one way arch bugged??? What would i be doing wrong????

Are you sure you set up the arch pointing in the right direction? Try picking it up and rotating it 180, if you haven't done so yet.
Yep! I've done that!

Yes, Done that to no avail!
Try placing another one way exit just between your gift shop and exit, so they cannot use it as an entrance. Make sure the arrows are pointing in the direction you want traffic to flow.

Are thieves supposed to escape through the one way doors, speaking of? I had one setup (yes, the correct direction) and all the guests are entering it correctly but a thief that was discovered escaped through it the wrong direction. I ended up putting the security gate up instead and a guard chair on the other side to watch for any thieves trying to escape if the one way door isn't going to make a difference. It was the first time in over 40hrs of play I've seen a thief run back through the other direction so I'm not sure if they are supposed to be like that or if it's a bug.

There seems to be some preference for pathing to use regular archways over the specialized ones like one-way and security.

I noticed this in Passwater Cove where visitors were going the very long way around to a normal entrance rather than passing through a security gate. And I mean VERY long way. Same thing happened when I changed the security gate to a one-way arch. But it stopped when I replaced that with just a regular archway. So if you want to be sure that they use a one-way arch as a primary path, you need to make sure they don't have any other unrestricted route.

Its probably a Fire Door. Start a Fire, and see if it opens.
Well I deleted the campaign because of this and started over. I didn't like the museum anyhow!! My theory though is that there may have been a clipping issue as it was cramped. Anyhow, thanks!!.
