Please add "replacement staff".

The option to have "replacement staff" as a job, to replace the other staff that leave their station to go on break. Let me explain. I have my two best ticket sellers on the ticket booths, right? But they need to pee and eat, too, so they leave their booth. Someone else from the spare takes over, but then when the best ones are done with their break, they don't go back to their booth and instead wander around until the replacement staff goes on a break, which is inefficient.

I don't see why not. Most other games in this genre have them and it's kinda embarrassing that this game doesn't. People have been asking for this feature since Two Point Hospital. Either the developers don't care or don't read feedback.
