Easy to get around if you know what you're doing, but I assume it shouldn't be like this. all my other games still have the DLC when using family share.
To check DLC content you can right click Museum in your Steam library > Properties > DLCs and there should be check boxes next to the content
This seems like a weird Steam Family Sharing quirk sadly - I know they're changing how it functions so perhaps one to get in touch with them about?
