Guest and Buzz total questions

I am on a mission where I need guests over 750 buzz however when i click lots of my visitors they have way over that number but the counter is not going up.

Is there something i am missing here?

Are you counting them as they leave or while they are still in the museum?

I have seen people leave with above the needed buzz with the review symbol above them but the goal counter does not change.

Seems closing the game and restarting my PC fixed it.

Which is fine as a work around, but you could still report it so it gets fixed to not happen in the first place
