Might be obvious: Rotate the camera to rotate one way doors
Just in case this was driving anyone insane.

The rotate keys don't seem to work on the one way doors. I have a habit of not rotating my camera all that often. I find a view and typically stick to it. Which led to a minor problem with one way doors. After cursing at the wall partition for a bit, I turned the camera, and door automatically righted itself. JINKIES! So, might be obvious to everyone else, but just in case that was driving anyone else insane, there ya go.

You just hold down the mouse button and drag to rotate, the same as any other item. Moving the mouse in the direction of the wall moves it along the wall, dragging it perpendicular to the wall spins which direction it's facing.

It's literally the same rotate controls as placing any object on the floor, just changes direction based on the wall orientation...

Some of us use the keyboard to rotate items - which, as OP indicated, doesn't work on doors for some reason. I could've sworn I'd tried clicking and dragging to rotate doors, but it didn't seem to work. I'll have to give it another try.

EDIT: Actually, it's simpler than that. You just move your mouse to one side of the wall or the other; no clicking required. How I managed to go this long without figuring that out, I don't know. Now I'm off to fix all the doors in my museums that open the wrong way.
