Nether portal
A nether portal appeared near some stairs. Experts won't sort out this nether portal and just walk away from it so I have a constant stream of ghosts coming into the museum. Any tips to fix this?

have you tried manually dropping a new paranormal expert on or near the portal so that they replace whoever is assigned the task? Could be someone is stuck, or cursed or ill but still has the "do the thing" assigned to them
