Is there no Coldwater Net?

I liked using the nets to get 2 fish at a time when doing expeditions for tropical and temperate fish, but I'm doing Coldwater fish and haven't unlocked a net for those. Does it exist?

Edit: I have it now. The Coldwater net is one of the rewards for getting the Passwater Cove Museum to 4 stars:

Yep, it just unlocks fairly late compared to the others.

Do you remember what the unlock condition was? Is it a specific star rating in the Passwater Cove museum, or something else?

I don't remember exactly, but it follows the progression objectives. Once you unlock the cold water areas, whatever the objectives you have up at that time (not the "get X stars in your museum" one, the list in the tan box), if I remember right it unlocks after you complete the currently shown list.
