How do you get a 5 star tour?

I have a tour of all pristine exhibits with perfect decoration, cohesion, and length and it's still only 4.5 stars.

I Just completed this challenge with 2 big aquariums standing next to each other.
Each fully decorated.

1 contained 10 pristine fish from Hogsport Peninsula with all buzz bonus met.
The other had 10 fish from Pebberley Reef, all pristine with all bonuses met.

The tour guide I used had eloquence and 2 ranks in the tour guidelines skill.
Make sure the tour is as short as possible, so set the tour stand close by.

Do tours with huge aquariums - just make sure that the fish survive - or a huge polterguest room with high grade exhibits. Both of those don't have a maximum buzz level.

I got the achievement by making a large polterguest room and displaying the Silverbottom crew and the two bosses you meet at the end of the Wailon storyline

Got my 5* tour by chaining together three celeb ghost rooms, all pristine (inc. an extra three lesser guests in the 2nd room). Wasn't even planning on it; an unexpected if pleasant surprise!
